Where Your SCRC Information is Recorded

National SCRC Site

- When you apply to join Chapter 57, your application is sent to the National SCRC Site in Tennessee
- Your Chaper 57 number is assigned in Tennessee and entered into their data base
- An email is then sent to the 1st Officer of the chapter you want to join


Chapter 57 Site Site

- Your info is recorded in our Chapter 57 Members List by our 1st Officer
- An email is sent out to new members by our 1st Officer to welcome you to Chapter 57
- The email contains information about logging onto Chapter 57 and the National SCRC Site
- The Chapter 57 web site contains information to get set up on the Chapter 57 Delphi Forum


Delphi Forum Profile

- The Chapter 57 Delphi Forum is where you will get information about our Chapter 57 events
- Such as rides, Bike Shows, special events, bikes &/or parts for sale
- There is a place for Humour and members can generally just gab to others
- There are also support forms for most types of bikes that offer lots of help for mods and repairs
- When you join Delphi Forum , you are given a profile to fill out
- This profile is another way for other members to get to know you
- The Delphi profile also contains your email address so members can contact you
- The Delphi email address is kept confidential so others can not see it, even when they receive a message


Email Lists Used by Our 1st Officer

- Sometimes the 1st Officer will send out emails to members about special events
- He keeps a massive email contact list and must update his list if you change your email address
- Emails that bounce back because the address no longer exists may be deleted from Chapter 57
