The reason for this page is to inform everyone, who enjoys riding with a club, that our rules are very simple:

We just want to ride for the thrill of riding. Most of our trips will be local, so whether you ride a Honda, Harley, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki etc, you will always be welcomed at the Southern Cruisers Riding Club.

The cost of membership is FREE and the club patch optional. The SCRC will be involved with charity fundraising rides, local and long distance rides and of course the "unknown" rides which may lead us anywhere. We also promote Motorcycle and Public Safety Rules and under NO circumstances will we be involved in any illegal activities.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY

The Southern Cruisers Riding Club, herein after referred to as SCRC, is a recreational, NOT FOR PROFIT, organization operating for the purpose of promoting good, clean, and safe riding activities.

Each person makes their own decision to participate in club activities solely by choice. The SCRC as an organization, and its Officers, is not responsible for any and all liabilities resulting in participation in any club related event or activity.

All activities and events must comply with any and all provincial or local laws and ordinances. Individuals and members participating in all activities and events must also comply with all provincial or local laws and ordinances.
Any personal injury or property damage resulting during a club activity at any time is the responsibility of the individual parties involved. At no time shall the SCRC be held liable.

Members involved in illegal activities, or through their actions and conduct brings harm or disrepute to the clubs' good reputation, will be scrutinized by the 1st Officer of the Chapter and their Provincial Officer. Members found to be involved in illegal activities, or through their actions are deemed to bring the clubs' reputation into disrepute shall have their membership revoked. Such revocation results in immediate removal from all club rosters, membership roles, and is forbidden to claim any and all association with the SCRC.

SCRC makes no representations concerning any endeavor to review the content of sites listed here, or any of the material, and SCRC isn't responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance or legality of material contained in sites listed or linked from our web site.
